Breaking away from the traditional brokerage model, The Agency takes a collaborative approach to the business of real estate. All of our agents benefit from the shared resources and networks of the entire global team, including in-house creative, public relations and tech divisions. Our unique culture allows us to provide a boutique environment that operates on a global scale, beginning with the concierge service we offer agents and clients alike. The Agency has closed more than $41B in real estate since its inception in 2011, comprising over 50 offices in five countries, and counting.

Headquartered in New York City, Triplemint is a software-powered real estate brokerage that makes it easier for people to buy, sell, and rent properties. The company was founded by two people who shared a deep passion for real estate and a dedication to overcoming the frustration of the complicated, inefficient and unfriendly buying, selling and renting experiences. They decided to change the way the industry worked, launching Triplemint on a customer-centric, data-driven approach. Triplemint is a team of experts and disruptors brought together to deliver a new standard of real estate.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THIS PARTNERSHIP?
It brings together two incredible industry leaders under The Agency brand. The Agency will acquire Triplemint and its proprietary technology. Our teams will come together under a new structure that combines talents and expertise to offer the best of both worlds.
WHAT IS THE COMPANY NAME?
The Agency. The Triplemint name will be retired, but the company that was built will live on as one entity with The Agency.
WHAT INSPIRED THE PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND TRIPLEMINT?
It was quite the meet-cute. The idea came about very organically after Rainy Hake Austin and David Walker met while on a real estate panel together. They got to talking, only to realize their companies shared much in common, from their collaborative cultures to their mission to advance the industry and offer the very best service to agents and clients alike.
Through this meeting of the minds, we are able to deepen our commitment to technological advances and deliver tech experiences that foster the human connection. Tech is in the DNA of our company and partnering with Triplemint fortifies that. Triplemint’s dedicated team of tech specialists, data scientists, and proprietary systems will elevate our real estate services to new heights. Operating as The Agency, Triplemint is now backed by an established luxury brand presence, a vast global network, and in-house creative and public relations divisions that have modernized and advanced the industry over the past decade.
